What we collect

When you register a child or ask about a class, we collect the parent or guardian's name, email and phone number; the child's name, grade, school and class; and any notes you choose to share (for example, medical or learning needs).

Why we collect it

Only to place your child in a class, contact you about lessons, fees, exams and performances, and keep the class register. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Photographs

We only use photographs of a child in our publicity if a parent or guardian has given consent on the registration form. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Storage and access

Records are stored securely and are only available to Confident Kids staff. Information is kept for as long as your child is enrolled, plus a reasonable period for our records.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask to see, correct or delete your information. Email info@confidentkids.co.za.
