Six steps to your first payment

Download the app
Get the Karri app on your smartphone. It is available for iPhone (iOS) and Android.

Create your account
Sign up with your email address and a secure password, then verify your email to activate the account.

Link your child's profile
Connect your child's Confident Kids profile to your Karri account using your child's student number or registration details.

- Verify the connection with Confident Kids
- Add more children if needed

Add a payment method
Link a credit or debit card. All major cards are accepted and your card details are stored securely by Karri, not by Confident Kids.
- Go to Payment Methods in settings
- Enter your card details securely
- Verify your card (a small test charge may apply)
- Set it as your default payment method

Receive payment notifications
When Confident Kids creates a payment request for a programme, event or activity, you receive a push notification.
- Enable push notifications in the app settings
- View the payment details in the app
- See due dates and amounts clearly

Pay instantly
Tap the notification or open the app, review the details and confirm. The payment is processed straight away.

The Karri Card
Alongside the app, Karri offers the Karri Card, a Mastercard for young people. Learners can pay at school and beyond while parents stay in control.
